Not as 'intense' as Starvation but a step up in the right direction. Progression is intentionally 'slow' and made that way. A lot of NPC Survivors and some that even guard the traitor outposts! Radiated zeds all over the place. Tonnes of weapons! You can also make brass which is a big plus! I think the memory usage runs from 16GB towards 22 or so.Ĥ - Currently playing! I'd say this is for more of a hard core type player. So that too can be daunting in trying to figure out what's 'next' so to speak. One thing I don't like is that at the time of playing (and still) is that you can't pick a class. Then I watched them for a bit and then I started helping them and on a few occasions - taken their stuff! There are 'schools' of sorts where you can access a tonne of vending machines for the classes. There are NPC survivors everywhere! I used to keep clear of them on the first day not knowing if they where going to engage me or not. Can be a bit daunting since there isn't a 'guide' on what you need to make what. Items, skills and a bunch of other stuff are all similar.Ģ - Nice! A lot of stuff here. From my point of view I have to say that Valmod, War of the Walkers, Darkness Falls And Starvation all have a bunch of things in common. For me I would guess a 'good' progression is to go from vanilla, then to Valmod and then War of the Walkers and then Darkness Falls and then Starvation. OH xxxx!!! lol I've sense played WotW and Darkness Falls. Well - I started with Vanilla and only played a bit to get the feeling for the controls. I could give you more but i rather go play some real mods like Undead Legacy crops and trees can grow even as long as 30 days ammo drop from airdrops makes it too easy to get ammo normal zombies makes can trigger zombie kid crying constant noises like "i will kill you" when no enemies are even spawned pointless mega zombies with horrible rewards broken mega zombies with ♥♥♥♥ hitbox and broken animation horrible inventory lag(other modders have fixed that issue) bulletproof zombies(you need 10 shots in the head from lv50 AK to kill one zombie) I dont know why people give so much good feedback when mod have tone of issues like: They may not all be for you, but trying each out can be such a pleasant surprise because you may find something that really piques your play style that you maybe didnt expect to. I recommend all of the above mods, simply because each offers a different take and insight into all aspects of this game. In private of course as I do not want to derail here. Would love to hash out what youd like to see different. Interesting, 99 percent of the feedback I am receiving says the exact opposite of this. It's pretty balanced and what's the most important - a BEAUTIFUL interface. but many new recipes, quests, loot, workstations, weapons, guns, food, skills and so on. It's really fun, not too easy but rewarding, not that much grindy but you need some time to find good stuff. Undead Legacy is like an enhanced vanilla. If you like hard grinding with almost no rewarding then it is perfect. It is so unrealistic, unsatisfying that I couldn't play more than one hour of 3.0 version, even though I played a lot in 2.*. Food isn't easy to grow because efficient farming is also locked behind a class. Dangerous diseases you get from zombies will kill you (as medicine is ultra-rare in the beginning and locked behind a class). Much slower progression, lots of abilities locked behind classes. Ravenhearst: One of the hard core packages where you will have a hard time to stay alive in the first weeks. Valmod: An excellent "entry level" mod if you want more of everything but not necessarily the hard core package. Wotw: Easy, even easier than vanilla I think, just a loot bonanza, with lots of POIs. I'm looking for a brief description and their comparison to vanilla/other mods. It would be helpful if anyone could give a feedback on any of these mods: I wan't to try out one of the big mods but have no idea what to choose as there is a lot of them and their description looks mostly the same for me(more loot/gear/recipes/zombies/ores e.t.c.).
